PCSL in Seoul National University and ECSL in Kyungpook National University, in collaboration with HD KSOE, have successfully demonstrated the Korea's First MMC-based Medium-Voltage drive system. The land-based test achieved a peak power output of 3 MW, marking a major milestone for domestic electric propulsion technologies for vessels. Dongjoon Kim, Jaeyeon Park, Seungjun Lee, and Seongmin Moon from PCSL have actively contributed to the project.
